Ensure proper inventory management through supervision of goods receipts and shipments. Supervise and ensure correct product display and signage to facilitate our guests’ purchasing decisions. Lead, coordinate, and supervise the activities and training of assigned staff, subject to the Store Host’s approval. Properly handle tickets, invoices, promissory notes, and assigned funds according to defined procedures, delivering them to the respective departments to ensure correct document processing. Requirements: Education: Incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Two years’ experience as Department Head (Retail). Inventory management. Staff management, execution of sales-floor strategies, and customer service. Proficiency in OpenOffice. Point-of-sale software.
