We are a Mexican luxury artisanal jewelry brand recognized for elevating design, quality, and the shopping experience in Mexico. We are currently looking for a **Store Manager** to lead our store at **MONTERREY AIRPORT (TA/TB)**, with strategic vision, results orientation, and passion for excellence in service. What profile are we looking for? * Proven experience as a store manager or supervisor, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or the luxury sector. * Strong leadership skills and ability to develop high-performing teams. * Experience managing KPIs, achieving targets, and handling budgets. * Focus on consultative selling and premium customer experience. * Availability for commercial hours (Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off). Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team. * Ensure achievement of individual and store-level targets. * Oversee daily operations, inventory, and visual standards. * Guarantee an exceptional shopping experience aligned with the brand’s values. * Implement commercial strategies to drive sustainable point-of-sale growth.
