We are currently seeking a **Store Manager** to lead our store at **MONTERREY AIRPORT (TA/TB)**, with strategic vision, results orientation, and passion for service excellence. What profile are we looking for? * Proven experience as a store manager or supervisor, ideally in jewelry, fashion, or the luxury sector. * Strong leadership skills and ability to develop high-performing teams. * Experience managing KPIs, achieving targets, and handling budgets. * Focus on consultative selling and premium customer experience. * Availability for commercial hours (Monday to Sunday, mid-week day off). Key Responsibilities: * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team. * Ensure achievement of individual and store targets. * Oversee daily operations, inventory, and visual standards. * Guarantee an exceptional shopping experience aligned with the brand’s values. * Implement commercial strategies to drive sustainable growth of the point of sale.
