Experience in inventory control and policy compliance **Store Manager****WORK LOCATION****Levi's Outlet Oblatos – Guadalajara** Gran Terraza Oblatos Shopping Center in Guadalajara, Jalisco Permanent store position.**CRITICAL RESULTS** Achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets. Achievement of commercial indicators (KPIs), talent attraction, development, and retention. Strong sense of inventory care and control, as well as ensuring compliance with policies and procedures aligned to the region.* Ensure consistent in-store service levels aligned with brand expectations, reflected in positive Conversion and UPT metrics. * Lead initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty by delivering an appropriate shopping experience, establishing honest and authentic connections with customers. * Develop and retain store staff through implementation of established programs; contribute to talent attraction. * Contribute to achieving KPI and sales targets—daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. * Contribute to required inventory accuracy and execution of cyclic and fiscal inventories. * Contribute to proper inventory turnover management and value handling. * Ensure timely and accurate execution of regionally aligned policies and procedures (P\&P). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Lead all actions, activity scheduling, and strategies aimed at elevating service standards. * Safeguard store assets and resources, including financial instrument administration. * Communicate with District Manager and Regional Manager, reporting incidents and providing valuable field feedback. * Conduct daily analysis of sales reports, KPIs, and team performance; maintain constant communication with Assistant Manager to jointly develop action plans for business performance improvement. * Supervise customer service jointly with the Assistant Manager (Deputy Manager) to ensure staff consistency and deliver a shopping experience aligned with service standards. * Analyze and execute periodic inventories to maintain appropriate stock levels. * Timely and accurate reporting and execution of financial operations (financial reports, cash deposits, expense control). * Adhere to established operational guidelines, store administration policies (P\&P), and safety regulations; immediately report any anomalies to enable prompt decision-making. * Supervise scheduling based on peak traffic hours and availability of most qualified stylists; provide continuous training and feedback to staff regarding company initiatives and product\- Strategic scheduling of team meetings, fit sessions, etc.; track sales plans and individual goals along with respective action plans. * Support and propose high-quality marketing efforts in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines and commercially sound insights derived from consumer behavior analysis. **FORMAL EDUCATION** High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred; or completed/unfinished undergraduate degree in business administration, economics, tourism, or service-related fields. Experience: Minimum 1.5 years’ experience as Store Manager / Store Manager and at least 1.5 years as Deputy Manager in textile and accessories retail businesses.
