Provide automakers with cutting\-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow’s clean and connected car. **Key Responsibilities**: * Lead and develop the site management team. * Direct and coordinate (performing duties personally through subordinate managers) operational activities including: forecasting, procurement, customer service, master planning, production, quality, shipping manufacturing engineering, human resources, and finance functions. * Responsible for coordinating the plant’s production structure, investments in new capacity, best\-practice assembly methods, and product development projects for the product line. * Define the site’s production strategy, optimize manufacturing footprint and process. * Optimize procurement and manufacturing efficiencies, inventory levels, and on\-time delivery rate. * Facilitate cross\-functional activities to optimize product life cycles, including meeting cost management targets (margin improvements), part rationalization, and growth initiatives. * Ensure compliance with ISO and IATF16949 to maintain required certifications. * Define defective cost quality improvement targets and ensure activities supporting improvements. * Oversee process engineering and quality organization to ensure technical documentation and specification standards are met. * Ensure the site supports and executes talent management activities and HR KPIs. * Prepare Talent Review Program process documents, track defined actions, and drive employee performance and competency development within the Site. * Prepare and deliver monthly reports to Operations Management as required. * Improve operational efficiency across all departments within the reporting structure; with emphasis on business processes, waste elimination, and reduction of variable costs. * Prepare annual expense and capital investment budgets. Review and approve expenses and capital investment project requests per Company Approval Policy. * Continuously manage and develop a world\-class manufacturing team * Drive customer satisfaction through strict adherence to product specifications, open communication, and timely follow\-up * Develop and manage the operation’s operating budget and profit and loss * Identify and implement new technology, equipment, system, and/or process improvements that enhance the manufacturing platform, drive, and maximize return on investment * Know, comply with, and enforce the plant’s Environment, Health and Safety (EH \& S) policy and guidelines. **Additional Responsibilities:** * Support special assignments in areas as required by the organization. * Comply with organizational rules * Comply with and follow up on Varroc’s policy * Develop, communicate, implement, maintain, and comply with procedures relevant to your function.
