Collaborate with internal teams on customer strategies. **SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **JOB MISSION** Ensure effective management of the sales cycle **RESULTS AREA / DELIVERABLES** 1\. Achievement of sales targets. 2\. Knowledge of customers and hospitals within the territory through execution of the visit plan. 3\. Coordinate, schedule, and submit purchase orders and surgical procedures from customers to INNOVA. 4\. Follow up on delivery of customers' purchase orders. 5\. Follow up on collections. **PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Create sustainable sales demand based on product knowledge, market understanding, and engagement with healthcare professionals. ‐ Promote INNOVA products with healthcare professionals. ‐ Collaborate with education and marketing teams to implement and execute customer and distributor strategies. ‐ Manage and schedule surgeries with internal departments while ensuring service quality at the hospital. ‐ Complete assigned INNOVA education programs. ‐ Ensure compliance in all activities and interactions with healthcare professionals and any other individuals involved in sales administration. **WORK MODALITY** 30% Administrative work in office 70% Operational work in the field **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business (Marketing, Administration, or related fields) **Experience and Knowledge:** Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, dealing with distributors and healthcare professionals.
