Training and field mentoring of sales advisors. **SALES MANAGER** **Requirements:** **Job Objective:** Drive commercial growth in Veracruz through direct sales generation and effective team leadership. The role is 70% operational (sales, closing deals, site visits, field mentoring) and 30% administrative (reporting, strategy, CRM). **Required Profile:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience supports it). * Minimum 5 years of field sales experience (B2B, industrial, construction). * At least 3 years leading sales teams, with verifiable results. * Knowledge of consultative selling techniques and aggressive closing methods. * Proficiency in CRM systems and quotation tools in administrative systems (SAE or similar). * Customer prospecting and reactivation strategies. * Reside near or in Col. Amapolas, Veracruz. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct selling: prospect, visit, quote, and close key sales from day one. * Train and mentor sales advisors in the field. * Ensure all sales advisors quote and follow up in real time. * Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team. * Implement aggressive sales strategies focused on immediate results. * Supervise and track daily quotations, closings, and customer reactivations. * Report progress and results clearly and concisely to Management. * Coordinate commercial activities with logistics, procurement, and administration to expedite deliveries and service. **Offered:** * Weekly net salary: $4,500.00 * Commissions * Monthly food allowance * Statutory benefits * Direct employment by the company * Monthly food vouchers **WE WILL CONTACT YOU!!!!!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * SALES MANAGER: 3 years (Preferred) * SALES STRATEGIES: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
