Key Responsibilities** * **Commercial Strategy:** Design and execute the annual sales plan, including monthly and annual projections per branch. * **Team Management:** Supervise zone managers or pharmacy supervisors, fostering a results-oriented work environment and continuous training. * **Inventory Analysis:** Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure adequate stock levels of high-turnover products (KVI) and minimize shrinkage or near-expiry items. * **Supplier Relations:** Negotiate commercial agreements, volume discounts, and loyalty programs with laboratories and distributors. * **KPI Monitoring:** Daily tracking of key performance indicators such as: * Average transaction value. * Conversion rate. * Suggestive selling (cross\-selling). * Budget adherence. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure sales practices comply with local regulations (e.g., antibiotic handling, controlled substances, health regulations). **3\.
