Join the great Sanborns family as a **Restaurant Assistant Manager** **Available locations:** Sanborns Aeropuerto, Sanborns Ciudad Jardín, Sanborns Balbuena **Main responsibilities:** * Supervision of service and coordination of sales floor staff * Managing openings or closings, verifying cleanliness and order in each department (Restaurant, Kitchen, Bakery, and Bar). * Reviewing guest checks and cash register balances during shifts. * Conducting cash counts in the restaurant, bakery, and bar departments; reviewing cash discrepancies. * Analyzing inventory levels per area to assess costs and stock availability. * Verifying daily sales budget targets and reviewing monthly goal achievement. * Monitoring expenses and reviewing the daily purchase report. * Reviewing the customer feedback log and addressing complaints. * Preparing performance and sales reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Gastronomy, or related field preferred. * Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in a similar position.
