V. is seeking a Residential Chef in San Ángel \- Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including snacks and/or light meals, ensuring excellent dish presentation prior to service. * Hygienic control and handling of food. * Daily kitchen cleaning, maintaining a hygienic environment. * Creation of weekly menus. * Procurement planning, grocery list generation, cost management, supplier communication, and ingredient quality verification. * Inventory control, ensuring all food and other products are stored appropriately and supplies are rotated properly. * Verification of proper kitchen equipment operation and reporting of anomalies. * Knowledge of table setting and service. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience: Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in the private sector and/or private households, with experience in customized food preparation and outstanding service attitude. Mandatory: Letters of recommendation containing contact information from most recent employers for reference verification. **WE OFFER:** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Statutory benefits Salary: $13,000\.00 monthly.
