Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to develop supply strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and supervise teams within an automotive company. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and manage the procurement and warehouse teams. **Job Description** An automotive company headquartered in Hidalgo, located in the industrial zone of Mineral de la Reforma, with 17 years in the market, specializing in wholesale distribution of engine auto parts; single branch. \*We are not manufacturers — only distributors. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineer in Commerce or International Business, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a **PROCUREMENT MANAGER**, preferably with aftermarket experience. * **Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.** * Advanced Excel \- BI, Dashboard. * **Additional studies focused on this area will be considered a strong plus.** **Skills:** * Teamwork * Leadership * Dynamism * Responsibility * Highly organized with controls and follow-ups * Proactivity * Discretion and confidentiality * Effective communication * Must possess a valid driver's license **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop procurement and supply strategies and policies to ensure timely availability of required products and materials. * Generate and analyze domestic and international purchase orders (POs). * Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers. * Prepare reports and/or presentations for management. * Monitor contracts and commercial proposals. * Supervise inventory integrity by establishing necessary parameters to meet customer demand. * Supervise and manage the procurement team, ensuring high performance and effective coordination between procurement and warehouse operations. * Track and control procurement-related documentation. * Maintain constant communication with departments involved in the procurement process. * Monitor supplier performance. * Coordinate with relevant departments regarding goods receipt, verifying that deliveries match purchase orders. * Efficient and professional conflict resolution. * Immediate resolution of backordered items affecting service levels. * Cost reduction initiatives. * Accompany and track shipments. * Define measurable strategies and objectives for the team. * Establish annual strategies for inventory reduction planning. * Desired but not mandatory: familiarity with **Aspel and Odoo** systems. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including meal break); Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
