Management and optimization of procurement processes. **Position: Procurement Analyst** Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Procurement Analyst** responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement of goods and services, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and delivery timelines for the organization. We seek an analytical, organized individual with negotiation skills, results-oriented mindset, and efficient expense control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supplier identification, evaluation, and development. * Requesting and analyzing quotations. * Negotiating prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. * Preparing and tracking purchase orders. * Maintaining and updating supplier databases. * Monitoring deliveries and resolving incidents with suppliers. * Comparative cost analysis and improvement proposals. * Supporting budgetary control and departmental reporting. * Coordinating with warehouse, finance, and requesting departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement. * Knowledge of supplier negotiation and cost analysis. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). * Organizational ability, analytical capacity, and sense of urgency. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Job stability and a positive work environment.
