**General Description** Responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of a specific company project, ensuring that the established scope, time, cost, and quality objectives are met. Coordinates with internal departments and suppliers to guarantee proper project execution, reporting progress and deviations to General Management. Manages the 3 specialties (civil, mechanical, and electrical) and the operations process (start-up and commissioning of approved detailed engineering), including office administration tasks and field execution throughout all project phases: studies, engineering, planning, execution, supervision, control, commissioning, and closure, ensuring that time, cost, scope, and quality objectives are met. **Specific Description** **Project Definition and Planning:** 1. Establish project objectives, scope, deliverables, and goals in collaboration with stakeholders. 2. Prepare the work plan with schedules, budgets, and required resources. 3. Monitor timelines and deliverables. 4. Identify key milestones and design contingency plans for potential risks; define project objectives, deliverables, and scope. 5. Coordinate logistics for materials, equipment, and personnel in coordination with Equipment and Planning. 6. Knowledge of the project contract, ICR’s technical-economic proposal, and the client’s scope, specifications, and requirements. 7. Establish communication mechanisms with the client. **Resource Management:** 8. Assign and manage human, technical, and financial resources for the project. 9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure resource availability according to needs. 10. Communicate with the procurement and logistics department to ensure acquisitions align with budget, quality, and timelines. 11. Communicate with the human resources department regarding personnel matters, onboarding, offboarding, DC-3 forms, travel allowances, and leave requests. 12. Supervise efficient resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle. 13. Supplier and contractor management. **Supervision and Execution:** 14. Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, process, control, and documentation engineering work. 15. Monitor daily progress and ensure compliance with established schedules and milestones. 16. Periodically review project progress and make adjustments as necessary. 17. Prepare weekly progress reports and coordinate meetings with General Management and/or clients. 18. Ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements at each phase. 19. Issue partial delivery minutes. 20. Coordinate with suppliers and third parties. **Risk Management:** 21. Identify, analyze, and manage risks, developing mitigation plans and preventive measures. 22. Handle unforeseen events as they arise, minimizing delays or deviations. **Leadership:** 23. Foster collaboration, motivation, and team commitment. 24. Resolve internal team conflicts and promote a harmonious working environment. 25. Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring all members understand and perform their roles. **Control and Monitoring:** 26. Supervise and control project costs, keeping them within the approved budget. 27. Implement safety, quality, and schedule control processes across all project phases. 28. Manage financial variances and justify changes to stakeholders. 29. Performance indicator measurement. 30. Prepare periodic reports for the Project Manager and General Director. **Project Closure:** 31. Formalize administrative and operational project closure, delivering all approved results. 32. Manage delivery, acceptance, and closure minutes. 33. Prepare final project reports and document lessons learned and best practices. 34. Ensure seamless transfer of the project to operations, where applicable. Requirements: - Experience as an industrial, construction, infrastructure, etc. project manager. - Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Water Treatment Plant projects. - Supervision of multidisciplinary teams. - Willingness to travel frequently and relocate. - Proficiency in and management of software: Excel, MS Project, Opus, Neodata.
