Inventory and material flow optimization **Capital Humano Laguna is seeking a Production Control Supervisor at Altos Hornos De Mexico \- Monclova, Coahuila de Zaragoza** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are a South Korean company, a global leader in the automotive sector, specializing in the design and manufacturing of electrical components such as wiring harnesses, high-voltage connectors, and control modules for conventional and electric vehicles. **Position:** ***Production Control Manager*** * Job Objective Ensure efficient production planning and execution to meet delivery, quality, and cost objectives through data-driven management and continuous process improvement, thereby contributing to operational productivity and the company’s sustainable growth. **Location:** Altos Hornos de México, Monclova, Coah. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **Salary:** Negotiable based on qualifications and experience **Functional Competencies** * Development and management of medium- and short-term production plans (daily/weekly/monthly) * Understanding of process flow and line balancing (Line Balancing) * Management of productivity indicators (KPIs: OEE, performance, operating rate) * Proficiency with systems such as Excel, ERP, and MES * Production data analysis for decision-making * Inventory and material flow management and optimization (SCM) **Main Responsibilities and Requirements** * Define medium- and long-term production strategies according to demand * Plan and control daily and weekly production * Analyze production results and manage deviations against the plan * Control inventories and maintain optimal levels (including LOSS/loss analysis) * Implement productivity and process efficiency improvement activities * Analyze production and quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) * Coordinate and collaborate with related departments (purchasing, quality, logistics, etc.) **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Automotive **Skills:** * SUPERVISION * PRODUCTION PROCESSES * AUTOMOTIVE *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e2c5d654000039001de485\&source\=indeed*
