Position Summary: Ensure optimal execution of the production program by coordinating departments and guaranteeing volume compliance without line interruptions. Key Highlights: 1. Materials Model * **Talent Level:** NT 5 \- Specialist Coordinator/Analyst/Assistant/Technician **Purpose of the Position** ------------------------ Ensure execution of the production program in terms of mix and volume, resulting in zero production line impacts caused by program discrepancies.**Decision-Making (Inherent to the Position)** ------------------------------------------- Inform production line supervisors which models must be produced. Inform UDNs of impacts affecting the production program.**Areas of Responsibility (What is done / How it is done / Why it is done) \- Indicator** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Receive and review the daily production program for deployment across UDNs and ensure optimal execution. * Optimal deployment execution Review production orders in the system (MES) to ensure units in production match the program, making adjustments as necessary. * Data integrity Coordinate production areas, directly supervising lines to ensure volume compliance exceeding 95%. * Units produced per hour Maintain zero downtime by transmitting reliable information to enable timely production. * Downtime relative to scheduling Review the weekly production program with UDNs to ensure compliance with constraints.
