We are seeking a **PROCUREMENT MANAGER** with a **proven track record of at least 5 years in procurement within national metal fabrication and metal structure assembly industries**, capable of elevating our supply chain through creativity, automation, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Define national procurement and supply strategy. * Negotiate and consolidate relationships with strategic suppliers. * Optimize inventory, delivery times, and pricing. * Lead and develop the procurement team. * Monitor and improve KPIs related to cost, quality, and service. * Medium-term project: Design and implement automated procurement and control processes (ERP / BI). **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of strategic procurement experience** in metalworking or metal structures companies. * Excellent negotiation skills. * Leadership abilities and effective communication skills. * Availability for **on-site work and relocation**. * Proficiency in technological tools and procurement platforms (ERP).
