This is a key position with direct impact on the company’s profitability, operational continuity, and cost optimization. Job Objective Design and direct the comprehensive procurement strategy, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services aligned with projects, budgets, and the operational plan. Main Responsibilities Define and execute the procurement and supply strategy. Negotiate strategic commercial agreements at national and international levels. Develop and evaluate key suppliers. Manage budgets and optimize costs. Oversee inventory and demand planning. Mitigate supply chain risks. Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Administration departments. Deliver executive reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and contractual requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Advanced English (mandatory). 2 years of verifiable experience in national and international strategic procurement. Experience in contract negotiation and budgetary control. Knowledge of technology equipment (hardware, software, displays, monitors). Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or SAE. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
