




Position Summary: Support the project manager in procuring materials, services, and subcontracts, ensuring optimal cost, timeline, and quality for assigned projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the preparation and control of purchase orders. 2. Keeps supplier documentation up to date and performs reconciliations. 3. Coordinates with suppliers and project teams regarding deliveries and requirements. Procurement Assistant Support the project manager in activities related to procuring materials, services, and subcontracts, achieving the best cost, timely delivery, and required quality for the assigned project. We offer: * Competitive salary based on experience * Life insurance * 100% social security contribution * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Main Functions and Responsibilities: * Review monthly procurement requests for assigned construction sites. * Prepare relevant purchase orders for assigned construction sites. * Maintain a record of all purchases made. * Ensure supplier documentation is current. * Perform account reconciliations between supplier statements and enkontrol for corresponding suppliers. * Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. * Communicate with site administrators to review requirements. * Track proposals and prepare comparative analysis tables. * Direct communication with the project team. * Review, monitor, and submit reports. * Process release requests, prepare purchase orders, and track order status. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Architecture, or Engineering (intern, incomplete degree, or recent graduate) * Procurement experience * Knowledge of construction materials * Familiarity with enkontrol Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
