Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procurement, inventory, and internal customer service, supporting decision-making and maintaining up-to-date supplier information. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in procurement, warehousing, supply, and internal customer service — mandatory. * Must reside within a 1-hour commute from the workplace. **Technical Knowledge:** * **Understanding of invoice structure and components.** **• Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level): tables, filters, summations, comparisons.** **• Experience with inventory systems, ERP, or procurement platforms (e.g., Odoo).** **• Fundamental principles of procurement and supply.** **• Data analysis (stock levels, turnover, requirements).** **• Supplier management and quotation handling.** Responsibilities: * Execute inter-warehouse or inter-branch merchandise transfers using the relevant system. * Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations. * Verify product availability and propose alternatives or substitutes when an item is unavailable. * Assist in preparing and tracking purchase orders. * Review and understand invoice structure. * Provide support to internal customers: branches, employees, and supervisors. * **Analyze inventory, consumption, and replenishment time data to support decision-making.** * Maintain updated supplier information, pricing, and purchasing terms. * **Track pending orders and delivery timelines.** **Competencies and Skills:** * Quick learning ability. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Excellent internal customer service and interpersonal skills. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability. * Proactivity in proposing alternative procurement options. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously. ***What We Offer:*** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * 15-day Christmas bonus. * IMSS coverage from day one. * 12 vacation days + 30% vacation premium (PIMA Vacacional). * INFONAVIT and FONACOT contributions. * Employee discounts within the company.
