We are currently seeking a **Planogram Manager** With an analytical and execution-oriented profile, capable of transforming sales and shopper data into planograms that optimize space, assortment, and display. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering (degree required) * 2–4 years of experience * Availability of time and willingness to travel occasionally **Skills** * Development and creation of marketing strategies * Preparation of schematic guidelines * Proficiency in planogram software (mandatory) * Knowledge of merchandising metrics * Analysis of sales and shopper data * Space and assortment management * Knowledge of layout and display * Analytical thinking * Effective communication, organization and time management, execution orientation. **Software** * Spaceplanning and Spaceman **We Offer:** **Gross Salary:** $30,000 monthly \+ Statutory benefits **Direct employment** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (100% in-person) **Work Location:** Santa Fe Corporate Office, CDMX. **Opportunity for professional growth and development** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 per month Work Location: In-person employment
