




Position Summary: Unilever is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Director and Operations Managers, managing calendars, travel, and communications. No national or international relocation bonus applies. **Fluency in spoken and written English is required** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** To provide the highest level of administrative and organizational support to the Director and Operations Managers. This position manages the Director’s calendar, travel, expense reports, and meeting coordination. Additionally, this role organizes and communicates with the project team and the rest of the organization. The role requires a strong commitment to company culture through alignment of personal behaviors with company values in pursuit of the company’s mission. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Administration and customization of the Director’s calendar * Coordination and booking of travel * Prioritizing and scheduling meetings on behalf of the Director, Operations Managers, and projects * Managing the Director’s calendar and serving as the primary point of contact both internally and externally * Handling travel coordination and bookings, including itineraries * Point of contact for communications with the project team and the rest of the organization * Delivering effective communications and updates via presentations, emails, and letters * Managing and planning logistics for meetings, training sessions, leadership forums, and other critical activities of the operations and project teams * Managing contacts and files * Receiving, assessing, and responding to inquiries and emails from internal and external stakeholders * Coordinating budget monitoring * Completing and submitting expense reports * Executing special projects and activities as required **EXPERIENCE** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies, or equivalent years of experience in the field * **English proficiency (mandatory)** * Advanced proficiency in computer tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or multinational company * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining cost and schedule commitments * Flexibility with working hours * Willingness and availability for frequent travel **SKILLS** * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Advanced English * Agility * Proactivity * Problem-solving ability * Attention to detail * Results-oriented mindset * Commitment and accountability **INTERNAL CONTACTS** * Leadership team * Procurement Department * Finance Department * Company leaders / operational and project stakeholders **EXTERNAL CONTACTS** * Supplier and construction companies * Consulting firms * Various contacts of the Director Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
