




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support administrative activities, calendar management, meeting organization, and handling managerial requirements. "Los Anicetos", a company engaged in wholesale and retail distribution of groceries, with 10 branches across CDMX and Estado de México. Hiring: **PERSONAL ASSISTANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support for departmental activities Calendar control Requesting quotations for material purchases, receiving quotations, reviewing them, and submitting them to the direct supervisor for review Meeting organization Data entry and information control Handling personal managerial requirements (supermarket, dry cleaning, errands) **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Design, Public Relations, Communications, Administration, or related field (intern, incomplete, or graduated) Excellent appearance Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Employment stability Outstanding communication and writing skills Valid driver’s license Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles **WE OFFER:** Base salary ranging from $12,000 to $13,500 Biweekly payment Payment every Friday Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term, Probationary period, Apprentice Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $12,000.00–$13,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
