**Position:** Payroll Manager **Position Objective** Ensure accurate calculation, payment, and control of employee payroll in compliance with current labor and tax regulations, guaranteeing accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery per company policies. **Responsibilities** Manage and process weekly payroll according to established deadlines. Enter and validate employee onboarding, offboarding, personnel movements, and salary changes in the system. Calculate salaries, overtime hours, bonuses, benefits, and mandatory and voluntary deductions. Prepare and deliver detailed payroll slips to employees. Generate and submit payroll reports to Finance and Management. Coordinate tax withholdings and payments for ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other tax obligations. Review and validate attendance records, medical leaves, vacations, and permissions in coordination with Human Resources. Respond to employee inquiries and clarify payroll-related questions. Maintain up-to-date employee files and related documentation. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Courses or diplomas in payroll and labor legislation (preferred). **Technical Skills** Advanced proficiency in payroll systems. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas). Knowledge of Labor and Tax Legislation. Ability to generate payroll reports and reconciliations. Experience calculating employee benefits and employer obligations. **Experience** Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing payroll in large organizations or those operating under multiple shifts. Experience in industrial cafeterias, manufacturing, or continuous production companies is preferred. **Competencies** Reliability and discretion; ability to handle confidential information.
