It is the place where dreams are born, memories are built, and every day begins a new story. **We are looking for you!** A growing company seeks a **Payroll Specialist** with experience in payroll management and administration. **Objective:** Ensure accurate, timely calculation, processing, and disbursement of payroll in compliance with current tax, labor, and social security regulations, while maintaining control over payroll incidents and ensuring proper integration of information for internal and external reporting. **Responsibilities:** * Personnel transactions with IMSS and ERP systems (registrations, terminations, salary adjustments). * Payroll calculation, electronic stamping (timbrado), and disbursement (internal and mixed schemes). * Administration of payments (commissions, year-end bonus, vacation bonus, severance pay, liquidations). * Management of social security and INFONAVIT contributions. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll matters. * Coordinating severance and liquidation calculations. * Assigning and managing gasoline cards and food vouchers. **Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Public Accounting.** **Experience:** * **2 to 3 years** of experience in **payroll calculation and personnel administration.** * Experience using payroll systems **(e.g., NOI, Nomipaq, CONTPAQi, ERP).** **Knowledge:** * Mexican labor and tax legislation. * Integration of the Base Salary for Social Security Contributions (SBC). * Proficiency with SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE systems. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail. * Organization and control. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Analytical ability and incident resolution capability. * Effective communication. **We Offer:** * Monday-to-Friday work schedule. * Competitive salary. * Company-provided computer equipment.
