Kapital Grupo Financiero is seeking a **Payment Media Operations Analyst** to join our operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of debit card services, ATMs, and point-of-sale terminals, in compliance with regulations set by major market brands. What will you do? * Generate, process, and analyze the Issuer Batch * Track the status of TDD Cards for branches * Analyze and adjudicate unrecognized debit charges * Prepare National and International Settlement Entries (POS and ATMs) * Monitor the issuance of ENLACE TDD Cards and the settlement of POS, Multi-Currency, and ATM transactions * Prepare ATM Lease Reports * Operate in accordance with VISA, PROSA, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX OPT BLUE regulations What are we looking for? * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an economics/business-related field * 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of PROSA, VISA/MASTERCARD, SIBAMEX, SICA, POS, and INTRANET applications We offer: * Base salary * Corporate discounts and benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Professional development opportunities If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please apply through this channel and we will contact you.
