We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Project Manager with experience in Oracle Cloud projects. Objective: Ensure projects are executed within defined scope, budget, and quality, on schedule, with minimal disruptions—anticipating potential issues or deviations and taking corrective actions or proposing alternatives to management. KNOWLEDGE: * Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud projects—implementation and support. * Solid understanding of administrative processes and systems. * Business cycle. * Process mapping. * Requirements analysis. * Client management and user interaction. * System development methodologies (agile and non-agile). Familiarity with Scrum/UML/TDD/IC. Structured Systems Design, Unified Software Development Process, etc. * Proficiency in programming languages aligned with project requirements. * Knowledge of development environments. * Database analysis and design expertise. * Leadership activities (Team Building) / Project Management. * Proven experience delivering successful Oracle implementation and support projects. * Demonstrated track record of successful project implementation. * Full project lifecycle experience—from scope definition through project closure and client delivery. * Experience effectively delivering projects by deploying and utilizing human, financial, material, and intellectual resources. * Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management. * Ability to guide, inspire, and motivate team members and other project stakeholders throughout project benefit delivery. * Ability to exchange accurate, appropriate, and relevant information with stakeholders, and to ensure individuals are ready, willing, and able to begin using project deliverables. * Familiarity with internal and client-facing project documentation standards. * Knowledge of project auditing.
