Collaborate with key departments to ensure operational alignment We are looking for an **Operations Manager** with strategic vision and strong execution capability, responsible for leading all functions related to supply chain, materials, logistics, and inventory. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity, process efficiency, and achievement of service, cost, and quality objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop leaders and teams in Operations across the following areas: * Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) * Procurement and sourcing * Inventory control and planning * Warehousing, distribution, and transportation * Ensure material availability for operations by optimizing inventory levels and preventing disruptions. * Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen the supply chain. * Oversee compliance with policies, procedures, and operational standards across all areas under responsibility. * Resolve medium-to-high complexity operational issues by proactively identifying risks and making timely decisions. * Collaborate with key departments (Production, Finance, Quality, Sales) to ensure operational alignment and achievement of business goals. * Develop metrics, dashboards, and executive reports to support decision-making. * Lead operational transformation projects, digitalization initiatives, or process redesign efforts. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Opportunity to collaborate on a new project launch * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 \- $40,000.00 per month Experience: * Managed MRP, inventory, procurement, and logistics processes: 3 years (Mandatory) * Implemented operational improvement projects: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
