Resource optimization and goal achievement OPERATIONS CONTROL MANAGER IN TULTITLÁN **Education:** Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field focused on manufacturing and processes **Age:** Preferably 35 to 45 years old. **Work Experience:** 1 to 2 verifiable years in the manufacturing area. **Working Hours:** Monday from 08:00 to 17:00, Tuesday from 08:00 to 16:30, and Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00 **Monthly Salary:** $15,000\. **Benefits:** Punctuality and attendance bonus, grocery vouchers. **Company Location Corrufacil:** Tercera Sur 6, Independencia, 54914 Ciudad de México, Méx. **Competencies:** Leadership, conflict resolution ability, assertive communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Proficiency in **Excel is mandatory**, Office suite proficiency; familiarity with SAE 9\.0 is desirable, as well as experience in **invoicing**, purchase orders, requisitions, procurement, and **petty cash management.** **Position Objective:** Ensure control and smooth operation of the company’s administrative and operational processes, optimizing available resources to achieve corporate goals. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Drafting procedural manuals. * Tracking purchase orders and requests. * Recording production reports. * Preparing inventories. * Planning, organizing, and controlling financial and material resource administration to enhance their efficient utilization. * Coordinating machinery downtime with production and maintenance departments. * Attending to suppliers or external personnel requiring special assistance. * Invoicing orders. * Preparing purchase orders. * Managing petty cash. * Monitoring civil protection programs and safety regulations. * Verifying shipping procedures, conducting material assessments required for unit operation, and designing delivery routes for orders to each unit operator.
