Manage and negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs. **RH PLANNING is seeking an Operations Manager in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Work Location:** Azcapotzalco, CDMX **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field * 5–8 years of experience in similar positions * Experience in distribution or marketing companies * ERP proficiency (SAP B1, Contpaq, Zoho, or similar) * Experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and negotiation * **ADVANCED Excel proficiency** **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily procurement, warehouse, logistics, and control desk operations, ensuring proper order flow from receipt to customer delivery. * Design and implement inventory planning and supply strategies, guaranteeing product availability, efficient turnover, and appropriate stock levels. * Manage and negotiate supplier pricing, commercial terms, delivery timelines, and supply conditions to optimize costs and improve margins. * Monitor operational and financial KPIs such as inventory turnover, fill rate, delivery times, operating costs, and profit margin. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational and logistics processes, implementing solutions that increase efficiency and reduce errors or delays. * Supervise ERP usage and proper functionality, ensuring data integrity and generating operational reports for management. **Benefits** * Salary: $40,000–$45,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, plus one Saturday per month **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Industrial Automation *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69bda3b45c00002f00123c89\&source\=indeed*
