Profile we seek * Excellent appearance and professional attitude * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales * Energy, dynamism, and customer-focused mindset * Ability to work collaboratively and under operational pace * Genuine passion for hospitality and service Responsibilities * Provide warm, prompt, and personalized service to guests * Apply suggestive selling and recommend food and beverage items * Master the menu and restaurant concept * Maintain efficient communication with kitchen and floor team * Maintain personal appearance and workspace order * Deliver a positive and professional experience for every guest Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress, salesperson, or customer service representative in restaurants * Excellent appearance * Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented profile * Flexible availability * Commitment and positive attitude We offer * Monthly base salary * Weekly tips * Rotating shifts: * 8:00 am to 4:00 pm * 11:00 am to 8:00 pm * Work from Monday to Sunday with midweek day off * Excellent work environment * Job stability and professional development Work location: Zibatá Salary: $9,582\.47 per month Benefits: * Free parking Workplace: On-site employment
