About the Position: Receive from the Procurement or Sales department complete documentation requests for onboarding new customers or suppliers, in order to establish an electronic file for each, per company guidelines. Verify that received documentation is properly registered and up-to-date. Return incomplete documentation to the respective department or request missing documents. Register the customer or supplier in the Aurora system once documentation is complete, within Sandvik’s policy timeframe (12 hours), and notify the relevant department. Create and manage each customer’s electronic file in the cloud to ensure it remains current. Update any relevant information affecting the commercial relationship with customers or suppliers, as requested by Procurement or Sales. Conduct verification calls with customers when changes involve bank account details. Deactivate customers or suppliers to keep the Aurora database up-to-date. Monitor compliance with internal control systems, ensuring evidence is submitted according to internal procedures. Contact active customers and suppliers to confirm they possess all required information for internal control compliance. Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes within the area. Maintain a daily log of activities performed for review by the immediate supervisor. Your Profile: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. 1–3 years of experience in master data management. Advanced English language proficiency. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. High attention to detail (entry of textual and numerical information) — mandatory. Strong sense of urgency. Prior experience in Business Shared Services preferred. Proven ability to collaborate, cultivate, and maintain both internal and external relationships in a diverse environment. Strong interpersonal communication skills, performance orientation, sense of urgency and execution speed, meticulousness, and extremely detailed attention to detail. Practical experience with an ERP system required; System 21, SAP, or Aurora preferred. Ability to operate a computer and various business machines. Demonstrated ability to multitask, adapt, and respond appropriately in a rapidly changing environment.
