Comprehensive medical services at preferential rates General Description: **General Responsibilities** Responsible for overall project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and closure of specific AV system integration projects. Additionally, responsible for ensuring that projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements. **Daily Responsibilities** * Review and understand project scope and contract to determine delivery timeline, allocation of available and required internal and/or third-party resources across various project phases. * Responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project, in accordance with established project management procedures using MS Project in SharePoint and the project workbook. * Responsible for organizing a project kickoff meeting among Sales, Technical Engineers, Customer Resources, Technical Support Administration, Finance (as needed), and Third-Party Resources (as needed). * Responsible for effective communication with the customer, including change orders and on-site visit deliveries (as needed). * Provide periodic updates to the Senior Project Manager, including standard project review meetings. * Engage Finance/Accounting and Procurement department personnel as needed for capital and/or equipment purchases. * Review project status weekly to maintain financial timeliness, identify problem areas, and lead resolution efforts. * Immediately alert management regarding potential claims, overdue charges, or any significant costs financially impacting AVISPL on assigned projects. * Ensure that any scope, schedule, cost, or terms changes are handled per established procedures. * Resolve all project-related issues. * Attend weekly team project review meetings covering all projects, statuses, and resource utilization; raise any issues to management at this time for escalation. * Prepare project reports as requested by the Senior Project Manager and Director. * Maintain accurate project status and activity records through the project workbook, Project Server, and planning and change orders. * Build and sustain strong client relationships through direct interaction, focusing on enhancing client perception of service, quality, on-time delivery, responsiveness, and issue resolution. * Respond to customer communications regarding issues or concerns promptly and professionally, returning all phone calls or emails by the end of each business day. * Drive project outcomes to meet customer requirements and increase Net Promoter Score. * Travel to various required job sites. * Other tasks as assigned. **WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE** ==================================== * Excellent work environment * Professional growth and development * Comprehensive medical services at preferential rates
