**JOIN OUR TEAM!** Maintenance Supervisor with Experience in Pools – CDMX Grupo Balle, a company with over 18 years of experience in specialized services, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 9 operators in the CDMX area. **Main Responsibilities**: Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for swimming pools. Ensure proper use of chemicals and filtration equipment. Guarantee compliance with regulations (CPO, STPS, NOM). Manage resources, materials, and supplies in coordination with procurement and logistics. Lead, motivate, and evaluate the operational team. Report operational indicators and propose improvements. **Requirements**: Proven experience in pool maintenance (minimum 3 years). Knowledge of hydraulic operations, filtration systems, and chemical dosing. Experience leading work teams (at least 5 people). Basic proficiency in Excel. Availability for fieldwork in the CDMX area.
