Experience in infrastructure, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical maintenance. **Functions and Responsibilities** · Review preventive and corrective maintenance activities at branches. · Ensure compliance with plans and objectives. · Generate and review maintenance tickets. · Guarantee proper operational functionality. · Manage and execute the budget assigned to each category within the Department. · Address the Fault Reporting Process. · Evaluate stores. · Participate in and diagnose the Warranty Process. · Comply with the Company’s Culture processes and rituals. · Coordinate activities to meet service protocol requirements. · Knowledge of operational principles and maintenance requirements for refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, infrastructure, and butcher shop equipment systems. · Decision-making ability to ensure overall operational continuity. · Coordinate and assist with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks. · Provide technical support to the work team. · Ensure team members comply with internal schedules and regulations. · Prepare performance reports. · Provide training and coaching to the work team. · Manage procurement of spare parts and materials required for maintenance operations. **Skills:** Frustration tolerance Results-oriented Sense of urgency Service attitude Teamwork Initiative **We Offer** Weekly salary Direct employment with the company Statutory benefits.
