Our Mission: To contribute to the world of high-technology medicines to improve human health and patients’ quality of life. **We are looking for your talent!** **WE ARE SEEKING** **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** **We Offer:** All statutory benefits and above * Monthly food vouchers * Savings fund * Savings box * Major medical expense insurance * 30-day year-end bonus * Subsidized cafeteria service * Food vouchers **Requirements:** * Age: 29 years and older (NO AGE LIMIT) * Experience: 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field What would be your main responsibilities as Maintenance Manager? * Develop and monitor the annual preventive maintenance program for plant equipment and services through assigned work orders to personnel under your supervision, ensuring equipment and services remain available to the production plant. * Review and approve maintenance activity reports issued by internal or external personnel to determine compliance levels and their impact on involved departments. * Generate and update reference documentation for operation and maintenance of plant services and equipment, considering historical failure data and manufacturer recommendations to maintain equipment availability. * Generate purchase requests via an implemented MRP system to guarantee supply of materials, spare parts, or consumables used in critical systems operation and maintenance activities. * Generate and review deviation activities, change controls, and CAPAs applying current corporate procedures to ensure compliance with GMPs and improve the documentation performance of your area.
