UVM Coacalco is looking for your talent for the position of **Maintenance Manager**. **Position Objective:** Ensure the operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of campus facilities by applying and verifying compliance with established procedures and controls. **Benefits** * Monthly salary range from $15,000.00 to $20,000.00 before taxes * Statutory and additional benefits (Savings fund, grocery vouchers, life insurance, private medical insurance, gym access - free psychological support, discounts at various establishments, *educational scholarships). * Direct hiring by UVM * 48-hour workweek: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm (with 2 hours for lunch) and Saturdays from 8 am to 4 pm **Functions and activities:** * Ensure compliance with cleaning routines and preventive maintenance programs. * Generate purchase requests for spare parts and materials. * Supervise the implementation of investment projects. * Review pest control and landscaping services. * Actively participate in safety brigades. * Develop operational improvement projects for energy use (water, electricity, gas, diesel). * Seek continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs. * Reduce corrective maintenance on campus. * Monitor and provide feedback to contractors. **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Industrial Engineering. * PROVEN minimum experience of 3 years in building maintenance (preferably in schools, shopping malls, hotels). * Knowledge of air conditioning systems, hydraulic equipment, motors and pumping systems, substations and emergency power plants. * Personnel management and proficiency in Office software. **Competencies:** Results-oriented Leadership Analytical and problem-solving skills Initiative Service attitude Focused on continuous improvement ~Apply here by uploading your updated CV on the platform.~ At this workplace, requesting medical certificates of non-pregnancy or HIV as a requirement for hiring, continued employment, or promotion is strictly prohibited.
