Job Responsibilities
\-Purchase and Supplier Management
· Request quotations for purchasing spare parts, tools, and external service contracts.
· Prepare comparative charts (covering price, delivery time, and quality) to facilitate decision-making by the immediate supervisor.
· Track purchase orders and coordinate material receipt with suppliers.
· Receive, verify, and submit supplier maintenance invoices to the Finance/Accounting department to ensure timely and proper payment.
\-Inventory Control
· Maintain inventory records of spare parts, consumables, and tools in the maintenance warehouse.
· Accurately record all material receipts and issuances, ensuring the minimum stock level remains up to date to prevent operational downtime.
· Conduct periodic physical audits and inventories to ensure inventory reliability.
\-Project Management and Operational Support
· Provide support in tracking various departmental tasks (e.g., pending work orders, corrective and preventive maintenance activities).
· Assist in managing maintenance projects, monitoring schedule adherence, progress reporting, and assigned budget control.
· Schedule and alert the technical team regarding preventive maintenance dates for equipment, ensuring alignment with the annual maintenance plan.
· Maintain maintenance history for each machine or facility by archiving and updating logbooks, manuals, technical specifications, and warranties.
\-Safety and Regulatory Compliance
· Actively contribute to compliance with basic industrial safety and hygiene standards across all work areas.
· Assist in managing safe work permits for contractors or external suppliers, and ensure they possess appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) upon entering the facilities.
Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month
