Logistics Manager We are looking for a professional with experience in logistics management for the position of Logistics Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing logistics processes including production planning and control, ensuring efficiency in the supply chain and customer satisfaction. **You must have solid knowledge of logistics tools and technologies, as well as leadership and team management skills for warehouse, traffic, and customs operations, necessarily within METAL-MECHANICAL manufacturing companies.** **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or control in metal-mechanical or steel structure companies. * Proven experience in nesting transmission towers and poles for raw material requests and manufacturing scheduling. * Experience in project-based production planning, coordinating drawing releases, material requisitions, and fabrication sequences. * Knowledge of cutting, assembly, welding, galvanizing, and dispatching processes for metal structures. **Technical Skills** * Nesting and optimization of raw materials (plates, angles, structural profiles, fasteners, etc.) based on 3D models or fabrication drawings. * Advanced interpretation of structural drawings and models (Tekla Structures, Advance Steel, SolidWorks or similar). * Knowledge of the electrical sector, particularly transmission lines and their structural components (towers, poles, fittings, anchors, etc.). * Knowledge of SAP for material and production order management. * Planning of productive capacity and load balancing between lines or workshops. * Desirable proficiency in MS Project for phased project scheduling. **Competencies** * Strong analytical ability to interpret technical information and transform it into efficient production plans. * Ability to coordinate interfaces between engineering, shop floor, procurement, and galvanizing. * Focus on time optimization and material utilization. * Effective communication and technical leadership. * Results-oriented, meeting deadlines, and continuous improvement.
