We are **Odellā**, an international company specializing in the distribution and marketing of high-end medical equipment, aesthetic treatments, and dermocosmetic products with global recognition. **We are seeking our next E-commerce Leader.** **Position Objective.** Increase sales of the company’s brands through digital channels by managing and optimizing presence on marketplaces such as Amazon and Mercado Libre, as well as on proprietary and medical partner online stores. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, pricing, and distribution policies in the digital environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and optimize the B2B2C online store: Kalyana * Design and implement digital marketing plans to increase sales and physician registration. * Manage and operate accounts on Amazon, Mercado Libre, and other relevant marketplaces. * Support physicians and partners in developing their online sales platforms. * Monitor and regulate brand presence across digital channels to ensure consistency and compliance. * Analyze performance metrics and generate periodic sales and conversion reports. * Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to enhance the online shopping experience. **Required Profile.** **Academic Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years in e-commerce or digital channel management roles. * Proven experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon and Mercado Libre. * Knowledge of building proprietary online stores (Shopify or similar). * Experience in digital marketing strategies and data analysis. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in English. * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.). * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of digital sales platforms. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint). * Analytical skills to interpret KPIs and sales metrics. **What We Offer:** * 100% base salary * Bi-weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Social Security * Savings Fund * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers **100% on-site position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.** **Our office is located at Torre Latitud Polanco.** Do you identify with this profile?
