




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring adequate supply, storage, control, and rotation of kitchen supplies, guaranteeing quality and compliance with hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures the quality and organization of kitchen supplies. 2. Inventory management and FIFO system. 3. Maintains hygiene and temperature control in warehouses. **Job Objective:**Ensure proper supply, storage, control, and rotation of kitchen supplies and materials, guaranteeing quality, organization, and compliance with hygiene standards. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and verify goods against purchase orders and invoices. * Supervise product quality, expiration dates, and condition. * Conduct physical inventories (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) system. * Maintain order and cleanliness in cold rooms and warehouse areas. * Monitor temperatures in refrigerators and freezers. * Fulfill internal kitchen requisitions. * Record incoming and outgoing items in the designated system or forms. * Report shortages, losses, or damaged goods. * Support internal audits. **Candidate Profile:** Education: Completed secondary school or high school (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in food and beverage warehouse operations. * Basic knowledge of inventory management. * Experience handling cold storage units (preferred). **Knowledge:** * Inventory control. * Hygienic handling of food. * FIFO. * Basic Excel or inventory system proficiency. * Hygiene and safety standards. **Work Location:** C.
