The candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, preparing dishes, and ensuring each dish is prepared according to the established recipe book, as well as maintaining efficient inventory and production control. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and prepare dishes according to the recipe book. * Coordinate daily production, sub-recipes, and portioning. * Verify raw material availability before each shift. * Conduct weekly inventory checks and complete operational forms (waste reports, production logs, temperature records, checklists). * Prepare the weekly purchase list. * Supervise supplier deliveries and ensure proper stock rotation under the FIFO system. * Ensure proper labeling and expiration date control. * Guarantee compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards. * Lead shift-start meetings and delegate tasks. * Evaluate team performance and provide feedback. **Requirements** * Experience managing personnel. * Ability to work under pressure. * Leadership and delegation skills. * Organizational skills and process orientation. * Excellent personal hygiene and appearance.
