We work with restaurants, hotels, dark kitchens, and other players in the gastronomy sector seeking strategic suppliers and exceptional service. We are looking for a **Key Account Manager (KAM)** with strong experience in **consultative sales within the foodservice industry**, capable of managing key accounts, building solid commercial relationships, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience before and after the sale. *Responsibilities* * Manage and develop **key accounts within the foodservice sector** (restaurants, chains, hotels, caterers, etc.). * Generate **new business opportunities** from an existing client portfolio and industry networking. * Identify customer needs and propose **suitable supply and product solutions**. * Oversee the entire sales cycle: **prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post-sales**. * Ensure an **exceptional customer experience** and foster long-term commercial relationships. * Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, procurement) to ensure order fulfillment and service delivery. * Identify **upselling and cross-selling opportunities** within existing accounts. * Monitor commercial metrics, forecasting, and sales targets. *Requirements* * **+5 years of experience in the foodservice industry**. * Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Senior Commercial Executive, or similar role. * An **active client portfolio or a robust network of contacts** within restaurants, chains, hotels, or sector distributors. * Experience in **consultative sales and key account management**. * Ability to manage both **sales and post-sales**.
