Opportunities for growth and professional development. **Grupo Alpha, dedicated to marketing products for the food industry, is currently seeking:** **Purchasing Manager.** **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (graduated or intern). 3 years of purchasing experience in the **METAL MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY.** Conversational English proficiency. * Prior experience in the Purchasing Department. * Experience in **raw material procurement**, both national and international. * Experience in purchasing spare parts, steel, tools, etc. * Experience in volume purchasing. * Knowledge of procurement, price analysis, and procurement of materials and supplies. * Supplier identification and analysis. **Job Responsibilities** * Selection of reliable suppliers. * Requesting quotations, comparative analyses, and supplier evaluations. * Compliance with procurement policies and participation in internal audits. * Negotiation of prices with suppliers. * Resolution of issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality. * Coordination with other departments to understand supply requirements. * Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. * Issuance of purchase orders and monitoring of delivery timelines. * Procurement of supplies and raw materials for production. * Compliance with petty cash expense documentation procedures. * Creation of digital accounting files. * Accounting file reconciliation for month-end closing. * Price, cost, and savings opportunity analysis. * Registration and updating of the supplier catalog. * Registration and updating in the system and material catalog of costs and delivery times. **What We Offer?** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Permanent employment. * On-site work modality. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Additional benefits.
