Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible professional with experience in inventory control to supervise warehouse organization and material control, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of objectives. Register incoming goods in the Microsoft Dynamics administrative system. Coordinate and supervise unloading activities with involved personnel. Coordinate labeling tasks and work orders directed to the Finished Goods Warehouse, supporting Shift Supervisors of the Finished Goods Warehouse. Support Shift Supervisors of Finished Goods in performing necessary activities to achieve objectives. Conduct daily audits of units against invoices, verifying merchandise descriptions, item codes, and quantities. Periodically verify proper functioning of forklifts. Supervise appropriate appearance of Finished Goods Warehouse personnel. Ensure storage conditions, safety, and hygiene standards are properly maintained within warehouses. Perform cyclic counts as needed to ensure system reliability. Use required personal protective equipment and hygiene measures in designated areas. Support immediate supervisor in assigned work-related tasks. Record and report clearly, accurately, and promptly all returns made to Plastienvases by customers and distribution centers.
