




Responsibilities: * Design of cyclic menus. * Implementation of Standard 251 and "H" certification. * Management of the entire food service operation, general operational administration. * Ability to integrate a team of 50 employees under their supervision. * Design of raw material purchase orders. * Interaction with and control of suppliers. * Addressing customer service requirements and needs. * Responsible for efficiently and professionally managing cafeteria service operations during the hours and timeframes established by the client. * Responsible for maintaining the implementation of Standard 251 and the "H" certification in practice and consistently applying them in service operations, ensuring food safety and quality. * Responsible for: Positive and accurate organizational metrics, quality, sales, customer satisfaction, team integration, and completed projects. * Responsible for the administration, operation, and profitability of the cafeteria under their supervision. * Tracking and resolving customer complaints and suggestions. * Ensuring sales and cafeteria service delivery. * Prepares and reviews purchase lists and authorizes their acquisition. * Administrative management of the unit (costs, revenues, expenses, services, etc.).
