What We Are Looking For * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in ERP system implementation * Solid knowledge of Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Finance modules * Demonstrated ability in data migration (CSV/XLSX) and integrity validation * Familiarity with electronic invoicing requirements and Mexican tax regulations * Instructional competencies and experience delivering technical training * Clear communication, empathy, and ability to manage change processes within teams * Preferred: background or certification in **Instructional Design** and **Change Management** Your Responsibilities * **System configuration** * Configure fields, views (form, list, kanban, calendar) * Define security groups, access rules, and approval workflows * Create automations (server actions, scheduled tasks) * **Data migration and quality** * Design import templates (CSV/XLSX) for master and transactional catalogs * Execute and validate bulk imports, correct mapping errors, and ensure data integrity * **Localization and regulatory compliance** * Configure electronic invoicing schemas, folio series, and taxes per Mexican legislation * Adjust fiscal calendars, exchange rate management, and withholding taxes * **Reports and dashboards** * Configure pivot reports and dashboards for KPI tracking (sales, inventory, finance) * Prepare print templates and automated exports * **Training and change management** * Develop manuals, quick-reference guides, and instructional videos tailored to user profiles * Deliver in-person/remote workshops and coordinate “train\-the\-trainer” sessions with super\-users * Develop internal communication plans: newsletters, FAQs, and post\-go\-live reinforcement sessions * **Client support** * Monitor adoption (logins, key transactions) and propose process improvements * Address advanced configuration queries and suggest optimizations If you seek a challenge where you can combine functional expertise with teaching skills to deliver successful implementations, we want to meet you!
