Ensuring efficient operation of HR services Join Our Team! We are looking for an **HR Generalist** with solid experience in administering general services within the HR department. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, or a related field. * 2–3 years of experience as: * HR Generalist * Personnel Administration Analyst * Personnel Administration Specialist **Important:** This is a **highly operational position**, not a coordination or managerial role. We seek a structured, organized individual with a strong focus on operational management and control. * Experience managing services including: * Cafeteria * Transportation * Uniforms * Cleaning * Water and general HR department supplies * Solid knowledge of employee administration and administrative control. * **Payroll processing is not included. (This role is more suited for an Administrator and/or Engineer)** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure efficient and strategic operation of internal HR department services, actively contributing to employee experience and resource optimization. * Direct and operational management of cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning services, ensuring continuity and quality. * Administration of transportation services: assignment, control, and route tracking for operational and administrative staff. * Management of cafeteria services, ensuring quality, coverage, and employee satisfaction. * Administration of cleaning services under SGCI standards. * Capturing, controlling, and analyzing exit surveys. * Controlling and tracking HR & SHE documentation. * Managing internal requisitions and purchase orders for the department. * Administering and reconciling corporate card expenses. * Controlling and issuing uniforms. * Maintaining the utility vehicle logbook. * Ensuring pantry supplies. * Providing timely and effective operational support to the Labor Relations department. **We Offer:** * Salary: $20,000.00 gross, paid biweekly (100% IMSS registration). * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Subsidized cafeteria service. * Savings fund. * Pantry vouchers. * Additional competitive benefits.
