At Sodimac, we are seeking a Dispatch Manager responsible for coordinating and ensuring the correct preparation, dispatch, and delivery of customer orders, guaranteeing delivery timelines, merchandise control, and compliance with operational and safety standards. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of customer orders (in-store pickup and deliveries). Validate product assortment, quantities, and condition prior to shipment. Supervise loading, unloading, and delivery of merchandise. Control documentation, routes, and dispatch timelines. Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the dispatch area. Handle order-related incidents and follow up until resolution. Coordinate and supervise the operational dispatch team. Comply with Sodimac’s procedures and policies. Requirements Completed high school diploma or incomplete undergraduate degree. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as supervisor of dispatch, delivery, warehouse, or logistics operations in retail. Knowledge of order management, merchandise control, and customer service. Experience managing operational staff. Availability to work rotating shifts. Required Profile: Operational focus.
