




We are looking for an experienced **Head Chef** with a passion for cooking and leadership skills, capable of coordinating teams, ensuring food quality, and maintaining an excellent work environment. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, **7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.** **Main Responsibilities:** **Personnel Management** * Organize, lead, and coordinate the kitchen team. * Assign tasks. * Train, motivate, and supervise staff. * Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment. **Quality and Production Control** * Food preparation, cooking, and plating. * Portion control to optimize resources and reduce waste. * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards. * Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. **Inventory and Procurement Management** * Monitor inventory levels of supplies and food items. * Place orders and coordinate with suppliers. * Negotiate costs and adhere to the allocated budget. * Properly label and store food items. **Operations and General Support** * Prepare dishes according to instructions. * Supervise food assembly and proper workflow in the kitchen. * Assist with cleaning, dishwashing, surface sanitation, and general organization. * Comply with health and food safety regulations. * Perform additional duties inherent to the kitchen area. **Requirements** * Minimum **1–2 years of experience** in kitchens (restaurants or cafeterias). * Experience managing staff and coordinating kitchen operations. * Availability to work the required schedule. * Ability to work under pressure. * Preferably reside near the location. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Initiative and proactivity. * Organization and attention to detail. * Service-oriented attitude and customer focus. * Resilience and strong emotional management. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Ability to follow instructions. **Values** * Punctuality and responsibility. * Honesty. * Empathy. * Consistency. * Commitment and dedication to work. * Respect. **Desired Profile** * Agile, proactive, and respectful individual. * Passion for cooking. * High sense of responsibility. * Ability to follow kitchen guidelines. **We Offer** * **Base salary** (based on experience) * Statutory benefits. * Training and coaching. * Excellent work environment.
