We seek an analytical and critical profile focused on the continuous improvement of internal and external processes. **Functions and Responsibilities** **Accounting** * Issuing invoices through the invoicing system * Uploading invoices to client portals upon request * Sending payment receipts to clients * On-site verification of checks against invoices * Calculating profit margin on sales * Validating supplier-issued invoices on the SAT portal * Making operational decisions regarding delivery routes or related issues * Evaluating suppliers to verify quality and competitive market pricing * Visiting clients as needed to resolve observations or issues. **Sales** * Requesting orders from clients * Following up with clients and prospects * Preparing quotations **Administration** * Consolidating orders versus daily delivery routes * Issuing purchase vouchers aligned with orders and inventory * Disbursing, invoicing, and monthly reporting of gasoline expenses **ON-SITE WORK AT IZTAPALAPA'S CENTRAL DE ABASTO** * **ESTIMATED WORK HOURS: 4 AM TO 12/2 PM** Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Free parking * Flexible working hours Workplace: On-site employment
