




Job Summary: Directly serve customers as a waiter while coordinating operational staff to ensure service quality, inventory control, and adherence to internal standards. Key Highlights: 1. Provide direct customer service as a waiter while simultaneously coordinating operational staff (waiters and bar staff), ensuring service quality, inventory control, and compliance with the establishment’s internal standards. Responsibilities: Service and Coordination: * Serve tables as lead waiter. * Supervise and coordinate other waiters (even if only one or two). * Assist in assigning stations or tasks during shifts. * Resolve minor operational issues on the floor and at the bar. Training and Leadership: * Train new waiters on protocols, service standards, table setting, and customer service. * Guide staff on best practices, time management, and guest interaction. Bar and Supplies: * Supervise the bar and coordinate with bartenders. * Possess basic/intermediate knowledge of wines, spirits, mixology, and beverage service. * Supervise or place orders for bar and beverage supplies. Inventory and Procurement: * Maintain control and conduct inventories of glassware, utensils, and equipment. * Track purchase requisitions for restocking supplies. * Inspect the physical condition of materials (glassware, tableware, service furniture). * Report damages, losses, or restocking needs. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter or team leader. * Prior experience leading small teams. * Basic knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology. * Experience in conducting inventories and requisitioning supplies. * Leadership attitude and attention to detail. * Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
